REFUND POLICY
At Geminos Dojo, we value our members and strive to provide a transparent and clear understanding of our payment and refund policies. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing any membership or services.
1. Monthly Memberships
Once purchased, monthly memberships are non-refundable. The full monthly fee will be charged, and no refunds or credits will be issued if the membership is canceled before the month ends. Please be mindful that this fee secures your spot and is charged regardless of class attendance.
2. Annual Memberships
Our annual memberships are non-refundable and non-cancelable once the payment has been made, securing your commitment for the full year. If you choose to discontinue within the year, the entire annual fee will still apply, with no partial refunds available. Annual memberships are designed to encourage consistent attendance, and this policy ensures equitable service for all members.
3. Missed Classes
We understand that unforeseen events may arise; however, no refunds, credits, or make-up classes will be provided for missed classes. Memberships cover access to all scheduled classes within the membership period, but attendance remains the responsibility of each member.
4. Changes to Class Schedule or Dojo Closures
In rare instances where classes may need to be rescheduled or canceled due to dojo-related issues (e.g. public holidays, ongoing competitions, seminars and tournaments, or emergency closures), we will communicate updates as promptly as possible. While we strive to provide consistency, some changes are occasionally necessary, and no refunds will be issued for temporary schedule adjustments.
5. Policy Changes
Geminos Dojo reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Members will be informed of any changes, and the most current policy version will be posted on our website.
